The best way of self-talk

You are your own worst critic!

Listen to what you are telling yourself, are they uplifting words or are they pulling yourself down? If you start taking notes of what you actually are telling yourself, you will find out where your limiting beliefs are and you can make a change. Sometimes we don’t even hear our own self critic. If that’s the case, ask someone close to you to take notice or you can use a professional like a life-coach.
